Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Papanui Motels Limited commenced on the 5th day of April 2006 at 2.25 p.m., when the shareholders appointed Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The directors previously passed a resolution of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts.
Any inquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
