Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 5th day of April 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Miltoncombe Holdings Limited be liquidated and that John Falloon, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of April 2006 at 10.45 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
All inquiries are to be directed to our office by the 28th day of April 2006.
