Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that on the 31st day of March 2006
at 10.15 a.m., pursuant to section 241 of the Companies
Act 1993, the above named company was put into liquidation and that Rowan John Chapman and Amanda Jane Atkins, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2006 at 10.15 a.m.
The liquidators do hereby fix the 12th day of May 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
