Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 2nd day of April 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Vercoe Thomas Transport Limited be liquidated and that James Stewart Murray, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 2nd day of April 2006
at 5.45 p.m.
