Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993 and The Charitable Trusts Act 1957
On the 28th day of March 2006, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and by the board, pursuant to section 24 (1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, that the above-named entities be liquidated and that Kim S. Thompson, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidations commenced on the 28th day of March 2006.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 12th day of May 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the entities are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
