I, Brian Soutar, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company by
a special resolution of the shareholders on the 28th day of March 2006.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2006
at 12.00 midday, being the date of my consent to the appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Pitt Strait Fishing Company Limited, I fix the 28th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
