Notice is hereby given of the following shareholder resolution dated the 3rd day of April 2006:
“That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved that
the company is placed into liquidation from 3 April 2006 and that Bryce Henry Harris is appointed liquidator.”
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 4th day of May 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims.
