Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of
P B O Limited (in liquidation) on the 31st day of March 2006 pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 24th day of April 2006, as the
day on or before which the creditors of P B O Limited
(in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
