Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of January 2006 at 10.15 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that North Shore Kitchens and Cabinets Limited be liquidated and that John Albert Price, insolvency practitioner, and Christopher Robert Ross Horton, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidators jointly and severally for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 28th day of February 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
