Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 31st day of March 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Sherwood Farm Limited
be liquidated and that John Falloon, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of March 2006 at 9.20 a.m.
