Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 122 of the Companies Act 1993
I, Roderick Thomas McKenzie, of McKenzie & Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, hereby give notice that I have been appointed liquidator of
the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders as of the 28th day of March 2006 at 12.30 p.m.
As at the date of appointment, the companies are able to pay their debts.
