Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of March
2006 at 10.45 a.m., a special resolution was passed by
the shareholders stating that the company be wound
up voluntarily and Daran Nair, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of AI Computers Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 28th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
