Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Peri Micaela Finnigan and Victoria Toon, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders on the 28th day of March 2006 at 10.30 a.m., the date and time the liquidations commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix
the 13th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.
