Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th day of March 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act
1993, that Westmoreland Holdings Limited be liquidated and that William Gavin Johnston be appointed liquidator
for that purpose.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The liquidator does not consider that a creditors’ meeting
is necessary. The company is not trading and there are
no known creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed the 13th day
of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
