Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 24th day of March 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Congratulations Limited and Ownitt Homes (2000) Limited (both in liquidation) be liquidated and that Robert Foster, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 24th day of March 2006 at 2.00 p.m.
The liquidator fixes the 3rd day of May 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
