Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of March 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Te Puia Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of March 2006 at 10.05 a.m.
