Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The Companies Act 1993 and the Sale of Liquor Act 1989
On the 16th day of March 2006 at 6.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution of trustees, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993 and in accordance with section 212 of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989, that Otara Licensing Trust be put into liquidation and that James Parker Joyce, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of March 2006 at 6.00 p.m.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 24th day of April 2006,
as the day on or before which the creditors of the Otara Licensing Trust are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
