Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Henry Martin van Dyk, chartered accountant of Dunedin, was appointed liquidator of Grenada Produce VI Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of March 2006 at 5.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes Wednesday, the 3rd day of May 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
