day of March 2006 at 2.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The liquidator fixes the 10th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of Heritage Equities Limited (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
