Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 3rd day of March 2006, it was resolved by
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that C.R. Harvey Limited be liquidated and that Stephen Kim Bennett, of Steve Bennett Associates, Chartered Accountants, Whangarei, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of March 2006 at 12.00 midday.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 13th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
