Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 16th day of March 2006 at 2.14 p.m.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of March 2006 at 2.14 p.m.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 13th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
