Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The Companies Act 1993
On the 17th day of March 2006 at 5.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Ted Jones Team Limited be liquidated and that Thomas John Perry and Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of March 2006 at 5.00 p.m.
The liquidators hereby fix the 7th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
