Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 13th day of March 2006 at 2.35 p.m., it was
resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
South Canterbury Community Trust Charities Limited be liquidated and that Nicholas Noone, chartered accountant of Timaru, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of March 2006 at 2.35 p.m.
