Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of March 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Junction 12 Limited be liquidated and that Brian Richard Anderson, chartered accountant of Anderson Kendall Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of March 2006 at 8.15 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
A copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 6th day of April 2006, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
