Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and John Anthony Waller, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of National Abrasives Converting Limited by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the 14th day of March 2006 at 9.13 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of National Abrasives Converting Limited, we fix the 14th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
