Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Malcolm Grant Hollis and Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
joint liquidators of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on the 14th day of March 2006.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of March 2006, being the date of our consent to the appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of Link Movers Limited, we fix the 14th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
