Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 27th day of February 2006 at 10.00 a.m., when the members, subject to special resolutions as provided by section 106 of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), appointed Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountant of Auckland, liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Act.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 13th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Should any creditor claim a security interest over any of
the assets of the above-named company, please contact the liquidator immediately with the detail.
