Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Buffalo Beach Villas Limited on the 7th day of March 2006 at 4.24 p.m., in the place of Gerald Stanley Rea and Paul Graham Sargison.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of September 2005, by resolution of shareholders, under section 241 (2) (a) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Buffalo Beach Villas Limited, we fix the 7th day of June 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
