Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 28th day of February 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act
1993, that Last of the Ten Man Companies Limited be liquidated and that Hamish John Pryde, chartered accountant of Brumby Simpson Partners Limited, Chartered Accountants, Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of February 2006 at 11.30 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
28th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and
to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
