On the 9th day of March 2006 at 10.24 a.m., Raymond Gordon Burgess was appointed liquidator of the above named company by order of the High Court.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes the 13th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
