Notice is hereby given that the shareholders of the above named company voted to liquidate the company and distribute surplus assets.
In terms of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders resolved to appoint Ian Kirker, chartered accountant of Wellington, as liquidator on the 7th day of March 2006.
