Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of March 2006 at 12.15 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Gridlock Ventures Trustee Limited was put into liquidation and Rowan John Chapman, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of March 2006 at 12.15 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidator does hereby fix
the 6th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
Claims are to be forwarded and creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
