Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 7th day of March 2006, it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that 5423 Limited and 5423M Limited be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor, and Peter Robert Bullen, chartered accountant, both of Hamilton, be appointed joint liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of March 2006 at 4.50 p.m.
The liquidators fix the 12th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
