Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on the 19th day of December 2005 at 4.00 p.m.
The liquidators fix the 19th day of January 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Any creditor holding a security interest over the assets of this company should urgently contact the liquidator.
