Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of March 2006 at 12.00 midday, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kennard Properties Limited be liquidated and that Bruce Carlaw Richards, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of March 2006.
