Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Rapaki Timber Processing Limited
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 24th day of February 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of February 2006 at 2.32 p.m.
