Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Northern Exposure 2004 Limited
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 27th day of February 2006
to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of February 2006 at 10.18 a.m.
