Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 6th day of April 2004 at 2.00 p.m., it was resolved by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Turanganui Developments Limited be liquidated and that Roderick Arnold Oakley, of Sadler Oakly Newman Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
