Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Hedgerow Trustees Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the 27th day of February 2006 at 11.10 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of Hedgerow Trustees Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 27th day of May 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
