Notice is hereby given that Brian Leo McPhail, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Steel Framing Systems Limited (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of February 2006 at 11.28 a.m.
Notice of Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 18th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution
