Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by order of the High Court at Christchurch on the 27th day of February 2006 at 10.16 a.m., the above?named company was put into liquidation and Trevor Edwin Laing, of Trevor Laing
& Associates, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 28th day of April 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
