Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of February 2006, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner,
and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Wellsford Trading Co. Limited at 11.37 a.m.
The liquidation commenced as at the date and time of our appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 23rd day of May 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
