Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 20th day of February 2006 at 10.00 a.m., appointed Mark Sullivan and Andrew Radburnd joint and several liquidators.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company’s solvency at the date of liquidation.
