Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Brian Mayo-Smith and Robert John Knox, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of
the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on the 17th day of February 2006.
The directors have signed certificates, under section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the companies are solvent.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of Old Eil Limited, Express Logistics Limited, Eli Holdings Limited and Express Melbourne Holdings Limited, we fix the 17th day of March 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
