Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of NZ Preowned Furniture & Appliance Limited commenced on the 16th day of February 2006 at 5.00 p.m., when the members appointed Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company minute book.
Any inquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
