Notice is hereby given that Murray N. Frost was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Invercargill on the 16th day of February 2006.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of February 2006 at 10.22 a.m.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 24th day of March 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
