Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, and in the matter of The Alexandra Trust (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given, by order of the High Court in Wellington on the 8th day of December 2005, that Anthony Murray Richardson, accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator of the trust for the purpose of implementing the earlier trustees’ decision to wind up the trust and to transfer the funds resulting from the liquidation to The House of Grace Trust Incorporated, a charitable trust incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
Proofs of debt are called for from any creditors on or before the 31st day of January 2006, being the date fixed as the last date for creditors to make a claim.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date of distribution will be excluded from the distribution and will be precluded from objecting to it.
