Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 12th day of February 2006, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that
the company be placed into liquidation, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Neville Petrie Fagerlund, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that I, Neville Petrie Fagerlund,
of 567 Wairakei Road, Christchurch, do fix the 15th day of March 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are required to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
