Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On the 13th day of February 2006 at 9.45 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Access Cellular Accessories Limited be liquidated and that Kevin
J. Covacich, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 13th day of February 2006 at 9.45 a.m.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 25th day of March 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any
title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
