Notice of Change in Partnership
Pursuant to Section 40 of the Partnership Act 1908
Notice is hereby given that Danehill Developments Limited is no longer a partner in Gisborne Laundry Services.
Danehill Developments Limited has sold its interest in the partnership to Mahia Resort Limited and the partners of Gisborne Laundry Services are now Tairawhiti Laundry Services Limited and the said Mahia Resort Limited.
